I felt sad and hurt throughout this book
Vera had to leave her land with just one last look
I can’t possibly imagine what it must have felt
to watch your people suffer and almost melt
I hope to never experience a tragedy that made me this mad.
Some of mine have been horrible but not nearly as bad.
